This very particular and unique wine is born from the Cagnulari vine, grown on predominantly calcareous soils. Romangia area between Sorso and Sennori (SS).
The harvest begins with crushing and destemming of the grapes, followed by fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks. It refines for a few months in concrete tanks.
Color: ruby red
Fragrance: fruity with spicy notes
Taste: Intense, fresh and balanced with notes of blackberry and liquorice
Excellent in combination with red meats.
