Sienda Il Decennio was born from the desire to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Sienda's release on the market; its success was such that it was possible to produce it in the years considered exceptional for the old vineyard of over 40 years.

ORIGIN
Vineyards over 40 years old grown on clayey soils with a lot of granite disintegration.

PROCESSING
The grape harvest is established at very precise moments. The accuracy of the manual cutting guarantees an excellent starting level. The work in the cellar follows the process of soft pressing and short macerations with the help of low temperatures. In refinement, the use of the batonnage technique is fundamental. The wine is refined for a year in French oak barrels.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: greenish yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: intense and persistent with fruity aromas such as almond, peach and candied orange.
Taste: warm and round, with good thickness and balance; with good persistence of taste.

COMBINATIONS
Sienda Il Decennio is a structured white wine that pairs excellently with raw seafood, white meats and lightly spiced fish soups.
