Vineyards owned by the Pala winery, trained as saplings and low espaliers on medium-hill clayey-calcareous soils.
PROCESSING
The grapes obtained from the destemming of the bunches are gently pressed, and the fermentation of the must obtained takes place in steel at a controlled temperature. The final refinement has a short duration, and is carried out for a few months in steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: delicate notes that recall the essence of flowers and fruit.
Taste: Medium intense and persistent flavour with floral and fruity notes.
COMBINATIONS
Silenzi is a white wine that is excellent as an aperitif and at the table paired with seafood starters, first courses and fish-based second courses.
