ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, grown with low espalier, on calcareous-clayey soils in Tanca S'Arai, Serdiana.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once arrived in the cellar are subjected to destemming-crushing and maceration of the skins in the must at a controlled temperature for ten days, in steel containers. The wine ages for eight months in second and third passage wooden barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: dark ruby red, almost impenetrable.
Aroma: intense with small red fruits, blackberry and cherry jam combined with spicy notes of pepper and leather.
Taste: Soft tannins and full-bodied, enveloping. Long persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Siyr is a red wine that goes well with grilled and braised red meats, tasty and spicy first courses and mature cheeses.
