Vineyards owned by the winery, at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, in the mountains of Monti.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The harvest is slightly anticipated. The clusters are subjected to soft pressing in order to have an exceptional free-run must to be started with alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Once the vinification is completed, the wine is aged in stainless steel containers before the final refinement in the bottle.
Color: bright straw yellow
Bouquet: the bouquet is fine and persistent, reminiscent of Mediterranean flowers and fruits
Taste: savory and enveloping, with a long aftertaste
It goes well with the great seafood cuisine, soups and unseasoned cheeses.
