Pozzo 10 is an unpasteurised, bottom-fermented Märzen-style beer, brewed every year for the Oktoberfest in Miniera and matured for a full 60 days.

INGREDIENTS

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. (Contains gluten).

ORIGIN

Märzen-style beer, brewed in Sardinia in the historic buildings of the Montevecchio mine.

CHARACTERISTICS

Head: white and persistent.

Aroma: malty.

Taste: a perfect balance between malty aroma and the freshness of the hops.

FOOD PAIRING

Grilled meats, fresh and aged cheeses, traditional German dishes.
