ORIGIN
Red beer produced in Sardinia in the ancient premises of the Montevecchio mine.
CHARACTERISTICS
Foam: Creamy and persistent.
Nose: Notes of toasted malt and hints of caramel.
Taste: Bottom-fermented raw beer, classic style, where malt flavours prevail, round taste and caramel notes.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with all meals, red meats, pizzas and mature cheeses.
