PROCESSING
Destemming-crushing, fermentation in steel at a temperature of 25°C and maceration for 7 days, soft pressing.
Maturation in 2nd passage barriques for 12 months and 2 months of refinement in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Ruby red with orange reflections
Nose: inviting nose, flowers and red fruits emerge, sweet resin finish
Taste: Good drinkability and freshness, soft and floral tannins
COMBINATIONS
A very transversal wine, truly suitable for all courses: from tasty appetizers to first courses, it goes well with semi-mature cheeses.
