Produced at 700 meters above sea level in the legendary countryside of Mamoiada - the beating heart of Cannonau - on the characteristic sandy granite soils, this wine is born from a late harvest in mid-October with rigorous manual selection. Twelve months in French barriques and a significant alcohol content of 16% give an intense ruby red with garnet reflections, with hints of sweet spices and vanilla, full and intense fruit with soft and silky tannins of remarkable persistence.
