Produced by the Bentu Luna winery from a small, 55-year-old historic vineyard on the coast of Oristano, just 5 meters above sea level in Riola Sardo, this Vernaccia receives fresh sea breezes every night, depositing mineral salts on the grape skins. Traditionally vinified with spontaneous fermentation in terracotta amphorae and pressing at 2/3 of the fermentation, followed by bâtonnage for body and volume, it offers a straw-yellow color with a bouquet of white and yellow-fleshed fruit, mineral and herbaceous notes, with a dry and fresh sip and a harmonious finish that expresses the full marine essence of the territory.
