Fermentation in stainless steel at 25 degrees, malolactic fermentation completely carried out in concrete.
Color: Purple ruby red.
Nose: Warm tones of cooked fruit, with very particular notes of caper.
Taste: Good tasting structure.
We recommend pairing it with traditional Sardinian meat-based dishes.
