ORIGIN
Vineyards 25 years old, grown on sandy soils at 120 meters above sea level.

PROCESSING
The harvest is manual, during the first ten days of September, precisely to keep the fresh and savory characteristics of the variety intact. From the soft pressing of the grapes, then left to ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the free-run must is obtained. Finally, it always matures in steel, on the fine lees for a few months, at a controlled temperature. Refining in the bottle for 5 months before being put on the market.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Primary aromas of citrus, along with tropical fruits.
Taste: balanced, between freshness and savouriness.

COMBINATIONS
Petrizza is a white wine that is excellent when paired with grilled fish dishes. We recommend trying it with fried calamari.
