Cantina Pala, Serdiana (SU)
Estate vineyards in Serdiana and Ussana, on hillside clay-limestone soils, trained as alberello bush vines and low trellises; the Bovale comes from vineyards between Uras and Terralba. Hand harvesting and vinification in stainless steel, with maturation in underground concrete tanks and, for some reds, in wood. Produces Vermentino, Nuragus, Monica, Carignano, Cannonau and Bovale.
