755 mt is the new wine produced by Cantina Jankara, which originates from six different grapes from the Mamoiada vineyard at 755 meters above sea level, from which it takes its name.

85 year old vineyards located in Sant'Antonio di Gallura, approximately 400 meters above sea level.
PROCESSING
The grapes are crushed and vinified together with fermentation in steel and aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: very deep and dense ruby red.
Aroma: distinct and notable vanilla fruit.
Taste: Rich, structured and deep palate. Tannin is present along with excellent acidity, both very balanced with a very long persistence in the finish.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with structured first courses, spicy second courses based on game, mixed grills and mature cheeses.
