PROCESSING
Manual harvesting of grapes and cooling with dry ice. Loading of press with whole grapes not destemmed with a 4-hour rest for maceration. Reduction pressing and subsequent fermentation at a stable temperature of 13°C. Aging for one month in steel on the fine lees.

Color: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Delicate, with floral and white fruit notes.
Taste: Fresh, marine and delicate, it is characterised by its excellent drinkability.
