Grappa di Cannonau SantaRughe is obtained from selected pomace and distilled with small steam boilers.
It has a clear amber yellow color, the taste and aroma are soft, with hints of vanilla and rose.
It is an excellent product served cold as an after-dinner drink, especially if accompanied by typical Sardinian pastries.
It has an alcohol content of 40% vol.
