PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested by hand and immediately transported to the cellar where they undergo cold maceration of the skins in the must. Part of the free-run must is vinified in steel at a controlled temperature thanks also to selected yeasts. It is then refined in steel on the noble lees for two months, in order to give structure and finesse; the other part of the wine, instead, after fermentation in wood, is aged in French oak barriques.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: broad and harmonious with notes of yellow flowers, tropical fruit and light musky notes in the background.
Taste: soft and enveloping, very long and pleasant finish.
COMBINATIONS
Iselis Nasco is a fine and structured white wine perfect with fish-based appetizers, potato culurgiones with mint, seafood risotto, artichoke risotto, stewed and grilled fish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
