PROCESSING
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, during which continuous pumping over and punching down are carried out to extract the polyphenolic substances. Before bottling it rests for a few months in cement tanks and large-capacity wooden barrels.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: ruby red with faint garnet reflections.
Aroma: intense aroma of red fruits with spicy notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: soft, warm, full.
