PROCESSING
Cold maceration for about 10 hours, alcoholic fermentation in steel and refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. Aged for 18 months on the yeasts.

Colour: straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: the nose expresses floral and fruity aromas, with notes of bread crust and honey.
Taste: on the palate it has a nice freshness and a pleasant fruity bouquet.
