PROCESSING
The vinification follows the process of crushing-destemming, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is then refined in steel for a few months. To be consumed preferably young, better if within two years of the harvest.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense, soft, fruity and floral.
Taste: Fresh, savoury, delicate and fine; good length.
COMBINATIONS
Tyrsos is a white wine that can be enjoyed peacefully as an aperitif, while at the table it is perfect when paired with seafood appetizers and fish-based first and second courses.
