Cantina Audarya, Serdiana (SU)

Vineyards in Serdiana, in the Parteolla, and in Ussana, on calcareous clay soils between 160 and 200 metres, largely trained as alberello bush vines. Produces Vermentino, Nuragus, Nasco, Malvasia, Monica, Cannonau and Bovale, with whites aged on fine lees in stainless steel or concrete and reds matured partly in small oak barrels.
