ORIGIN
The vineyards are located between Sanluri and Lunamatrona, on clayey soils with the presence of limestone.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested manually in the first days of September. After destemming and crushing, we proceed with soft pressing, with decantation of the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16 °C in steel and 70% in tonneaux. Maturation in steel and tonneaux for at least 6 months on its yeasts, with periods of bâtonnage.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Deep straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perfume: Intense and complex, beautiful notes of yellow flowers such as chamomile, ripe fruit, mineral, ending with spicy notes.
Taste: Great structure and softness, wine with good longevity and depth.
COMBINATIONS
We recommend consuming it together with important dishes with good structure, rich and tasty, to try with truffle tagliatelle.
