On the palate, it is a full-bodied and elegant wine, with notes of ripe red fruit and licorice, complemented by sweet spices and refined tannins.

Produces Cannonau, Monica, Nuragus, Vermentino, Nasco and Moscato, plus Charmat-method and traditional-method (Metodo Classico) sparkling wines; malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete and, for the more structured reds, in barrique.
