Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections
Nose: Rich and complex with wildflowers, hawthorn, wisteria, rosemary, thyme, lavender, pineapple and flint
Taste: Dry, lively, full and enveloping, with fruity and aromatic pulp. The finish is rich and persistent with rich mineral flavor and elegant fullness
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with fish first courses, grilled fish and stewed octopus, but also shellfish and fresh cheeses.
