All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

GRAPE VARIETY Nasco green harvest and overripe Vermentino
ALCOHOL CONTENT 13.5%
ORIGIN
30-year-old vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings in the Ortueri countryside.
PROCESSING
The grapes are harvested by hand after a careful selection of the bunches. The grapes are then destemmed and crushed, followed by vinification in steel barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine is then cold-bottled and left to age before being put on the market.
If stored properly, Helios can age for 5-10 years after the harvest.
CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: bright straw yellow with golden reflections.
Aroma: intense with fruity notes of peach and tropical fruits, notes of yellow flowers and hints of aromatic herbs on the finish.
Taste: the tasting is very balanced, intense and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
Helios is a white wine excellent to drink as an aperitif. Its balance makes it perfect to accompany seafood first courses, shellfish and fish-based second courses.
The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10°C.
