How to enjoy it

Serve the Vermentino and rosé chilled and pair the Cannonau with slices of sausage. Place the Guttiau in the center of the table; use the bottarga to enhance crostini prepared separately or a first course.

Food ingredients

Sausage: pork meat, salt, spices, natural flavorings, sucrose, dextrose. Antioxidant: E300. Preservative: E252.

Bottarga: Atlantic mullet eggs (Mugil cephalus) and salt. Caught in FAO area 34.

Guttiau: durum wheat semolina, sunflower oil, sea salt 1%, brewer's yeast.
