PROCESSING
Cold maceration of the skins for 12 hours at a temperature of 7°C. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a temperature of 15°C. Aged for 3 months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: amber.
Perfume: persuasive bouquet of dried apricots, candied fruit, dried fruit and nuances of aromatic herbs.
Taste: sweet, enveloping with a sweetness well balanced by acidity. Very persistent finish.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect wine to taste at the end of a meal.
