ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings in the Ortueri countryside.
PROCESSING
The hand-harvested grapes are first destemmed, then vinified in steel at a controlled temperature. This is then followed by soft pressing before cold bottling. It refines in the bottle for a year before being released on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep and brilliant gold with amber reflections.
Perfume: intense and elegant scents of acacia honey, yellow pulp fruit and aromatic herbs.
Taste: sweetness well balanced with the savory and mineral component, very pleasant finish.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal dessert wine, it goes well with baked desserts and dried fruit. Also excellent to accompany blue cheeses.
