CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: in the flute it appears pale pink and has a fine and constant perlage.
Perfume: the inviting aromas of wild strawberries, rose buds and light notes of bramble are highlighted.
Taste: fresh, delicate and fragrant, with good freshness and flavor, delicate aromas and a certain persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Perfect aperitif wine, excellent to accompany fried fish such as calamari and small fish.
