ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained using the Guyot system on sandy granite soils, in the "Su Canale" area, Monti (SS).
PROCESSING
Following the manual harvest of the grapes, the best bunches are optically selected and left to macerate for 15/20, with frequent maturation. It matures for twelve months in first and second passage barriques. The refinement ends with six months in the bottle before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: ripe red fruits with light balsamic notes.
Taste: full and enveloping in the mouth.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent with dishes based on tasty meat sauces, spit-roasted goat and grilled meats. Perfect to accompany medium and long matured cheeses.
