ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, trained as saplings on clayey-limestone soils at approximately 160 metres above sea level, Serdiana (SU).
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, maceration at a controlled temperature and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 24°C. The malolactic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, in which the wine completes its refinement cycle for the following 12 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: deep ruby red
Aroma: hints of sweet spices and small red fruits that recall jam
Taste: harmonious, soft and delicately tannic.
COMBINATIONS
Nuracada is a red wine that pairs well with structured dishes, with an intense flavor, such as red meats and game. It pairs perfectly with cured meats and mature and blue cheeses. Excellent as a meditation wine.
