Audarya vineyards, Serdiana.

PROCESSING

Maceration at a controlled temperature and subsequent alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 24°C. The malolactic fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, in which the wine completes its aging cycle for the following 12 months.

CHARACTERISTICS

Color: deep ruby red

Perfume: hints of sweet spices and small red fruits that recall jam

Taste: harmonious, soft and delicately tannic.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent when paired with red meats, roasts and sausages. It goes perfectly with cured meats and mature or blue cheeses. Perfect as a meditation wine.
