BOX CONTAINING 6 BOTTLES OF 75 CL
This special wine owes its unusual light color to the particular processing technique that uses free-run must, the noblest part of the grape, processed without the pomace. This year Gioias changes its look: the new label pays homage to one of the most typical and precious artefacts produced in Oliena : the hand-embroideredSardinian shawl , with strings of brightly colored flowers standing out against the shiny black.
GRAPE VARIETY Native red grapes
ALCOHOLIC CONTENT 13.5%
ORIGIN
Vineyards of approximately 15 years old trained with spurred cordon, on granite weathering soils, at the foot of Mount Corrasi, (NU).

The grapes are placed delicately in a soft press and pressed with the utmost care. Only the first free-run must is extracted up to 50% and cold decanted, then it is tapped and sent to fermentation which takes place at a temperature of 17-18°c. The wine matures for 3 months together with its fine lees with periodic battonage.
