ORIGIN
Selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards in the Surrau valley, Arzachena.

PROCESSING
Obtained only from Vermentino grapes grown in soils resulting from granite weathering, tending towards sandy. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15-18°C. Bottled young, it maintains the minerality and freshness typical of Vermentino di Gallura.

CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: straw yellow, brilliant with greenish reflections.
Nose: intense with fruity and mineral notes.
Taste: long and persistent flavour, savory and intense.

COMBINATIONS
Ideal as an aperitif, excellent in combination with seafood, first and second fish courses.
