PROCESSING
The vinification follows the process of crushing-destemming, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It is then refined in steel for a few months. To be consumed preferably young, better if within two years.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Intense, soft, fruity and floral.
Taste: Fresh, savoury, delicate and fine; good length.
COMBINATIONS
It can be enjoyed simply as an aperitif or paired with starters and fish dishes.
