Vineyards located in the surroundings of the municipality of Usini (SS).
PROCESSING
After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, then softly pressed and sent for alcoholic fermentation, which takes place, together with malolactic fermentation, in stainless steel containers. The production process ends with refinement, carried out both in steel and oak barrels, for a total of 8 months.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Delicate red fruit, made even more refined by a light note of aromatic herbs.
Taste: vibrant acidity and gentle tannins stand out: interesting final progression, with a return of the fruit.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with traditional Sardinian cuisine: red meats, even grilled, game, medium-aged cheeses.
