ORIGIN
Vineyards belonging to the winery's suppliers, grown in espalier style in the San Leonardo valley in the territory of Luras, Calangianus.
PROCESSING
Manual harvest of the grapes, which once brought to the cellar are subjected to soft pressing and the must flower vinified in white in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature. Canayli then matures in steel containers, always at a controlled temperature.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections, brilliant.
Aroma: intense, with notes of grapes, exotic fruit, hints of green pepper.
Taste: Dry, full and warm, balanced and harmonious. Good structure, particularly fine, pleasantly bitter on the finish.
COMBINATIONS
Canayli is excellent with light first courses, such as seafood risotto, or stewed and roasted fish. Also perfect with sweet Sardinian DOP pecorino cheese.
