Once the fermentation is completed, the malolactic fermentation is carried out in oak barrels. It follows the aging, always in tonneaux for about 12 months in large oak barrels for another 12 months; complete the circle the aging in bottle.
Color: ruby red streaked with garnet reflections
Bouquet: hints of ripe red fruit, such as blueberries and plums, intense spices such as nutmeg and clove.
Taste: warm and full-bodied, with great softness, balance and persistence.
Try it with the great traditional Sardinian meat dishes, such as lamb stew or boar with cannonau.
