PROCESSING
The grapes, harvested by hand, are immediately taken to the cellar and here they are sent for rosé vinification, with destemming of the bunches, maceration of the marc in the must for 5-6 hours and subsequent soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, to have a slower and longer vinification process, which leads to greater richness and finesse of the aromas.

Color: Pink with shades of lilac.
Aroma: Subtle and persistent with fruity notes of apple and cherries.
Taste: Dry and fresh with good aromatic persistence.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with appetizers based on cured meats, first courses with not excessively tasty condiments, seafood broths and soups, not excessively fatty blue fish in a pan or in the oven.
