ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery, characterized by medium-textured clayey limestone soils.
PROCESSING
Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Maceration follows for about 10 days at a temperature of 28°C. After racking, the wine goes through malolactic fermentation and is then transferred to French oak barrels where it is aged for at least 6 months. After this period, maturation is completed in glass-lined concrete tanks.
Ideal consumption 3 years after the harvest, but it can be aged for 6-8 years.
