PROCESSING AND AGING
The grapes, after manual harvesting, ferment and macerate for about 12-14 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature; then it continues with the refinement, carried out in French oak barrels of first and second passage for a period of between 10 and 12 months.
Color: Dark and deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Intriguing and expressive, with intense aromas of berries, myrtle, leather and tobacco.
Taste: Full-bodied sip of rare softness. Closes on long fruity and spicy finishes.
Excellent to accompany red meats, game and aged cheeses.
