PROCESSING AND AGING
The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, during which continuous pumping over and punching down are carried out to extract the poly-phenolic substances. Before bottling, it rests for a few months in concrete vats and large-capacity wooden barrels.
Color: ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Bouquet: intense aroma of red fruits with spicy notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: soft, warm, full.
It goes well with traditional Sardinian meat dishes and aged cheeses.
