Juannisolu vineyards owned by the winery located in Arzachena.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, during which continuous pumping over and punching down are carried out to extract the polyphenolic substances. Before bottling it rests for a few months in cement tanks and large-capacity wooden barrels.
Color: ruby red with faint garnet reflections.
Perfume: intense aroma of red fruits with spicy notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: soft, warm, full.
It pairs well with traditional Sardinian meat dishes and mature cheeses.
