Vineyards owned by the winery are located in the north-east of Sardinia, in the Vena di San Leonardo, in the hills of Alta Gallura.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The manual harvest is followed by aging in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for 7 months.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: Soft, balanced with an almond aftertaste.
Taste: Intense and persistent of Sardinian mandarin and white almond flowers.
Perfect aperitif wine, to accompany traditional Sardinian cold cuts. A perfect white to combine with structured seafood appetizers such as octopus salad or dogfish in burrida, but also seafood first courses and baked and roasted fish.
