Gjola Caricagiola Rosè 2021
Gjola takes its name from the autochthonous red grape variety of the same name, present for centuries in northern Sardinia, in particular in Gallura.

ORIGIN
Vineyards grown on medium-textured granitic decay soils, tending to sandy, typical of this area, in the Gallura countryside.
PROCESSING AND AGING
Once harvested, the grapes are gently pressed with a short contact with the skins. The must is vinified in white with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 - 16 ° C. Before bottling, the wine matures for a few months in steel tanks.
FEATURES
Color: bright light pink.
Bouquet: delicate, hints of rose and small red berry fruit such as currants and raspberries.
Taste: fresh, fruity and mineral. Slightly savory and balanced on the finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish-based appetizers and seafood stews. Perfect at the table with tagliolini with prawn sauce. Also ideal with Sushi e Sashimi.
