Vineyards owned by the winery, located in the hilly area of Dorgali at 450 meters above sea level, reared in sapling and spurred cordon.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The harvest begins with the destemming of the grapes and fermentation of the must with the pomace, left to macerate in truncated wooden vats at a maximum temperature of 28 º C, for a period of 15 days. Once finished, it matures in fine French oak barrels, with 14 months of roasting. It follows the aging in bottle, before being put on the market.
Color: Intense ruby, with purple nail
Bouquet: Intense, fresh and fragrant; pleasing notes of ripe red fruit and spices.
Taste: Dry, full-bodied and thick; tannic, balanced in harmony with the fresh acidity'. Very persistent and clean finish.
Ideal pairing to regional Sardinian cuisine; first courses with tasty condiments, grilled and roast meats, mature cheeses.
