ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the winery located between the Tirso river valley, Sinis, Terre di Ossidiana and Monte Arci.

PROCESSING
White vinification, with soft pressing and fermentation in first and second passage barriques and tonneaux. Maturation in barriques and tonneaux, together with its yeasts, with periodic batonnage. Refinement for a few months in the bottle.

CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Deep and brilliant straw yellow.
Perfume: complex and mineral, gives sensations of wild chamomile and helichrysum.
Taste: Soft, full, with good taste-olfactory correspondence. Savory and persistent. It maintains the freshness and flavor typical of its Mediterranean style.

COMBINATIONS
Perfect in combination with seafood cuisine. Excellent paired with white meats and vegetable stews, but also with blue or semi-mature cheeses.
