ORIGIN
Tirso River Valley, young but also old bush vineyards, located on sandy soils rich in clay, while the other grapes come from espalier vineyards on the slopes of Mount Arci, lands of volcanic origin, rich in obsidian.
PROCESSING
White vinification, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. Followed by maturation in steel or glass-lined cement tanks together with its yeasts, with periodic batonnage. It then refines for a few months in the bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow, full and bright.
Aroma: Delicate but continuous, with pleasant hints of fruit. Intense and persistent, fruity and floral.
Taste: Soft, full, with good olfactory-taste correspondence. Savoury and persistent.
COMBINATIONS
It prefers seafood cuisine, but it is also a good match with lightly seasoned white meats and vegetable stews. Also excellent as an aperitif.
