ORIGIN
Vineyards owned by the Winery, trained as saplings, on granite disintegration soils in the "Loreta Attesu" area.
PROCESSING
After the manual harvest of the grapes, the bunches are destemmed and pressed. The must is then subjected to static decantation, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasts two months in steel tanks.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: straw yellow.
Aroma: fruity, fresh and floral hints.
Taste: dry, full and persistent sip.
COMBINATIONS
Vermentino Mamuthone is a white wine that goes well with fish dishes, such as fregola with seafood, but also grilled meats. Perfect for accompanying appetizers and snacks.
