Don Efisio Monica di Sardegna Superiore 2018
The name is a tribute to Don Efisio Carta, noble exponent of an important family, owner of the Cabras pond (clear reference to the marshy shoots represented on the label). On November 16, 1978 Don Efisio was kidnapped in the splendid seaside town of Turr'e Seu, in Sinis, and never returned home, despite the payment of a ransom.
