ORIGIN
Vineyards located in the lower Tirso Valley and in the Sinis peninsula, a few meters above sea level.
PROCESSING AND AGING
The maceration of the skins lasts for eight to ten days, followed by soft pressing and the completion of the alcoholic fermentation. Once vinification is complete, it matures in vitrified cement vats, steel vats and, to a lesser extent, in exhausted barriques, before final refinement in the bottle. Aging in steel and bottle for a few months.
FEATURES
Color: purple red, intense and translucent.
Bouquet: The nose is intense and persistent, with notes of vanilla and black cherry.
Taste: great intensity and persistence of aromas, good freshness and flavor and a lively but pleasant tannicity.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It is an excellent aperitif and can well accompany land appetizers, medium-aged cheeses but also red meat.
