PROCESSING AND AGING
Red vinification. Maceration lasts from 7 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of around 24 ° C. Aging for 8-10 months in old oak barrels. The refinement continues in a cement vat for a few months and then in the bottle for at least 6 months, before being put on the market.
Color: Intense ruby red color
Bouquet: has fruity and spicy scents
Taste: dry and soft. The sweet tannin typical of Nieddera gives the wine a beautiful structure and an important persistence
Excellent to savor together with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, even aged cheeses, it also goes well with red meats.
