Vineyards owned by the winery, native red grape vineyard of the lower Tirso Valley
PROCESSING
Red winemaking. Maceration lasts from 7 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of around 24°C. Aging for 8-10 months in old oak barrels. The refinement continues in cement tanks for a few months and then in the bottle for at least 6 months, before being put on the market.
CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Intense ruby red color
Perfume: has fruity and spicy hints
Taste: dry and soft. The sweet tannin typical of Nieddera gives the wine a beautiful structure and an important persistence
COMBINATIONS
Excellent to savor together with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, including mature ones, it also goes well with red meats.
