It goes well with typically Sardinian first courses such as Fregola and Sardinian gnocchetti (malloreddus) alla Carlofortina and semi-aged cheeses. Also excellent with fish main courses such as sea bass with vernaccia and capon with potatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
