PROCESSING
Vinification with soft pressing and natural cold decantation of the must. Only the free-run must ferments in steel vats at a temperature of 16°C to enhance the original characteristics of the terroir. It completes its evolutionary path, stopping on the fine lees before the bottle.

Taste: rich and with a pleasant softness
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with typically Sardinian first courses such as Fregola and Sardinian gnocchi (malloreddus) Carlofortina style and semi-matured cheeses. Also excellent with fish second courses such as sea bass with Vernaccia and capon with potatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
